50 Finnish and 37 Polish companies have been recognized as the fastest-growing technology companies across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) in the recent industry ranking Deloitte EMEA Fast 500. The key evaluation criterion was the companies' percentage revenue growth from 2019 to 2022.
Here are six main Polish-Finnish findings from the report:
The winner of the ranking was Finnish mobile game company Metacore, best known for its hit game Merge Mansion, which has been downloaded over 50 million times. Metacore recorded an impressive 89,319% growth over the analyzed 3-year period.
The highest-ranked Polish company was deferred payment service provider PayPo, with recorded revenue growth of 3,305%.
With 37 listed companies, Poland ranked higher than countries such as Germany, Ireland, Portugal, the Netherlands, and the Czech Republic (see the map above).
With 50 recognized companies, Finland tied with Sweden and surpassed Norway.
Among the 100 fastest-growing companies were Polish software company Worksmile, furniture maker noo.ma, and smart waste bin provider Bin-e.
For Finland, the top 100 included Kempower, ICEYE, Grundium, Athlos Oy, AxiTar, Ruokaboksi, SPINNOVA®, Pexraytech, Kx-Treeshears, DataCrunch, Paptic Ltd, Enico Oy, Serviceform, and Platform of Trust.
